Oleg Pugachev jest absolwentem kierunku Wzornictwo przemysłowe na prestiżowej berlińskiej uczelni Weißensee School of Art. Po ukończeniu studiów w 2013, pracował dla międzynarodowych firm projektowych i architektonicznych oraz niezależnie rozwijał własne projekty z obszaru projektowania mebli i oświetlenia. Liczne sukcesy i zainteresowanie zleceniodawców z wielu krajów świata spowodowały, że w 2015 roku skoncentrował się w pełni na pracy we własnym studio.
