Fabryka dość szybko wznawia produkcję po II wojnie światowej. Zostaje podporządkowywana różnym przedsiębiorstwom i wreszcie po przejęciu zakładów drzewnych i meblowych w Buczkowicach, Jaworzu i Rajczy usamodzielnia się jako Bielskie Zakłady Przemysłu Drzewnego. Następnie jej nazwa zostaje zmieniona na Fabrykę Mebli Giętych w Jasienicy. Po wojnie historia fabryki ściśle zaczyna się łączyć z PAGED-em, Państwową Agencją Drzewną – przedsiębiorstwem zajmującym się eksportem drewna, utworzonym jeszcze w 1931 roku przy Dyrekcji Naczelnej Lasów Państwowych.
